Want your own sessions with a Personal Trainer? This option is for you. Choose from 3, 2, or 1 session per week. Sessions take place at Xercise4Less, Benton.

Semi Private Training Sessions

Ideal for couples, family members, or friends. Share the cost of Personal Training sessions and work out together. Two PT sessions per week, with two of you training at the same time.

Hybrid Semi Online Coaching

Sean Armstrong Fitness’s hybrid coaching option combines 1-2-1 sessions and online fitness and diet support. Ideal for people who aren’t always around to have regular local PT sessions.
