At Armstrong Fitness we realise that a strong, cooperative relationship between client and coach is imperative to yours and our success. This is why we take the time to get to know you. We first must learn more about you, your lifestyle and your goals. Through frequent check-ins and stat tracking we develop knowledge of your physiology based on your progress among the different variables related to your success. We form a relationship with you via an optional initial 30-minute Skype consultation and with continuous interaction whether it be through phone conversations,  unlimited email conversation and also by being in our exclusive membership group.

Our services are fantastic for those looking to improve fitness, receive nutritional guidance, and lose weight.


 

Online Coaching

This is for those that may already have some slight experience in the gym (and even those that don’t) and for those that don’t live close enough to work with me in person and is the most cost effective solution to helping you get incredible results. Included in the package is the following:

  • Periodised Training Plans to help you build strength and fitness to reach your goals

Small Group Personal Training:

For those that are happy to train in small groups but also want a more personalised programme and accountability structure around either fat loss, weight loss, toning and with built in reviews and progress reports. This combines both online (to monitor diet and progress) and offline elements (training and coaching in person).

One To One Personal Training:

Do you want to have your coach exclusive to yourself? This is where you get the utmost individualisation to your needs and wants whilst you enjoy the benefit of not having to share your trainer with anyone else.

This combines both online (to monitor diet and progress) and offline elements (training and coaching in person).

As we are not a gym, we do not have a one size fits all approach and we can tailor make a package that combines any of the above for individual needs and budgets.
