Frequently Asked Questions

We use a very flexible system at Sean Armstrong Fitness, where clients book themselves in via a smartphone app. You do not need to attend the same sessions each week and you can vary them based on your schedule.

Sessions run at: 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm on Monday – Friday and we have 08:00am, 9:00am & 10:00am sessions on Saturday.

It’s not about your start point, it’s about where you are going. Everyone starts with the same worry, but spend 30 minutes with us and you’ll see that all of our members and myself want you to succeed. Our culture is built around results and supporting each other to succeed.

Regardless of your start point, you’ll quickly start to feel at home with us.

No, in our Personal Training sessions you’ll be training with between 1 and 3 other people. This allows us to offer a flexible and super-affordable Personal Training session that delivers a unique blend of individual attention/coaching and camaraderie/support amongst like-minded people.

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

No. Because our service is personal, we start you when you’re ready.

After you apply, we’ll be in contact to schedule a quick chat to find out more about you and what you’re looking to achieve.

After the call, assuming we’re both keen to move forward, we’ll get you signed up and set up on the app to get you booked in for your first session.

Of course, it’s more than okay. Many of those who start with us are totally new to lifting weights or even the gym at all, your start point doesn’t matter.

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option, our membership options range between £129-209 per month depending on the commitment and access you choose. We aren’t here to sell you the most expensive membership option but the one that suits your goals, preferences and budget.

If you decide that we aren’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

That’s normal to feel apprehensive and normal before starting something but we pride ourselves on being a very welcoming and non-intimidating gym. We’ll meet you exactly where you are in regards to your fitness levels, so don’t worry if you think you can’t do something. We will find the right starting place for you and build you up gradually. Trust us, the thought of doing something new and scary is always much more extreme than the actual reality of it.

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
