1. What made you start personal training at SAF? 

Before joining SAF I was exercising on a very casual basis. I was struggling with finding the motivation to make exercise and fitness a part of my daily routine.

2. Can you describe how you were feeling physically and mentally before coming to SAF? 

I was frustrated by my lack of motivation, my weight was creeping up and I was feeling lethargic. As my 40th birthday approached I decided to set some health and fitness goals, and I knew that I would need help and support to stay accountable to them.

3. What did you want to achieve with SAF? 

I joined SAF to get fitter, leaner and stronger.

4. What results have you seen whilst Personal Training with SAF? 

I am really proud of my achievements so far with SAF. I never imagined that I would be lifting the weights that I am or that I could do a push-up, never mind a set of push-ups. Tracking my progress has really helped to boost my confidence and motivation. My next goal is to get that chin up!   I am fitter, leaner and stronger than I have ever been, even when I was running and going to the gym regularly I was not seeing these results, and I owe this to the dedication and support of SAF.

5. Would you recommend SAF and why? 

One of the best decisions I made last year was to join SAF, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. As well as exercise, SAF offers great advice and support for a healthy and sustainable diet that helps with achieving and maintaining goals. I love the small group training sessions. Sean expertly tailors each person’s training to their individual goals and abilities, while you get to exercise with like-minded people and have a lot of fun along the way.
