Sara loses over 10kg and went from a size 14 down to a size 8.

1. What made you start personal training at SAF?

It was January 2017 and I had pretty much lost my mojo. My motivation was at an all-time low and my weight at an all-time high. In fact, it had been over a year since I had step foot in the gym, as I had lost confidence in my body and working out on my own.

2. Can you describe how you were feeling physically and mentally before coming to SAF?

I was ready to make a change and after seeing one of Sean’s posts on social media and the results his clients had got I decided to go and meet up with him. The rest is history 🙂

3. What did you want to achieve with SAF?

My aim was to get back to a healthy weight, but ultimately I wanted to get my confidence back, improve my fitness and learn how to change my lifestyle in a sustainable way.

I had worked with a few PT’s previously but always had trouble staying motivated and on track afterwards. I needed to find something that worked for me.

4. What results have you seen whilst Personal Training with SAF?

I am healthier, happier and stronger. Within just a short period of time training with Sean, I began to see and feel a real difference. I have lost over 10kg and continue to maintain my weight at a healthy level a year on. I have gone from a size 14 to a size 8 and I have never been so motivated when it comes to living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Over the past 12 months, I have made some awesome friends, learnt to make healthier choices, gained some muscles and become a lot more active.

5. Would you recommend SAF and why? 

Yes, without a doubt! Sean is fantastic.

I’ve never enjoyed the idea of “group exercise” however the sessions at SAF are great. The sense of community Sean has built with the “Allstars” is amazing, a community of awesome people who are all looking to achieve their own health and fitness goals. We share recipes, experiences and celebrate each others achievements, something which you are unlikely to find training with another PT. There is no “one size fits all approach” and Sean always provides honest and reliable feedback and advice. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field and he is always on hand to answer questions you may have. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone thinking about getting a personal trainer and kick-starting a healthy lifestyle. He definitely goes above and beyond to give you all the tools to meet your goals.
